The "Iranian Journal of Organizational Psychology" provides a forum for scientific discussion and exchange of scientific opinions and the publication of original research findings in aspects of industrial and organizational psychology, organizational behavior, organizational theory, organizational health, occupational issues, work psychology, working women issues, cross – cultural studies related to industry and organization, organizational and industrial studies in developing countries, and etc. As a journal that focuses on research in a quantitative and scientific field, this publication has a special emphasis on publishing high quality on behavioral studies. The journal publishes also case and status studies, qualitative studies, or articles solely on the development and validation of measurement instruments.
