The Iranian Journal of Organizational Psychology is released by the University of Sistan and Baluchestan, backed by the Indian Academy of Applied Psychology. This quarterly, open-access, peer-reviewed journal covers topics in industrial and organizational psychology within Iran and overseas. This publication was established to create an intellectual setting and a scholarly atmosphere for both national and international researchers, concentrating on industrial and organizational psychology topics. This journal was released in reaction to advancements in industrial and organizational psychology, aiming to disseminate high quality research articles that convey discoveries pertinent to significant topics within industrial and organizational psychology and its associated fields. The articles sent to the journal must consist of original, unpublished research and should not have been submitted to any other journals or magazines for publication. The "Iranian Journal of Organizational Psychology" is a scholarly quarterly publication focused on industrial and organizational psychology. The initial issue of this journal was released in the spring of 2024. It is anticipated that this scientific journal will keep enhancing the methods and quality of life for society through the provision of scientific reports.
