The Iranian Journal of Organizational Psychology is published by the University of Sistan and Baluchestan with the support of the Indian Academy of Applied Psychology (IAAP). This journal is a quarterly, open-access, peer-reviewed journal published in the field of industrial and organizational psychology in Iran. This publication was founded in order to provide an intellectual environment and a scientific atmosphere for national and international researchers with a focus on the topics of industrial and organizational psychology. This journal was published in response to the progress made in the field of industrial and organizational psychology, and its purpose is to publish high-quality research articles that report findings related to important topics of industrial and organizational psychology and related branches. The articles submitted to the journal must be original and unpublished research and must not have been provided to other journals or magazines for publication.
