The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of teacher-led cognitive rehabilitation-based play therapy on anxiety sensitivity and cognitive processing in students with reading difficulties. The research utilized a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test, post-test, and follow-up, including a control group. The statistical population comprised all students with reading disorders in the second elementary cycle in Sirjan during the 2024–2025 academic year. A sample of 30 students (15 per group) was selected through convenience sampling based on the diagnosis of reading disorder; participants were age-matched and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. Participants completed the Anxiety Sensitivity Index-Revised (ASI-R; Taylor & Cox, 1998) and the Cognitive Processing Scale (CPS; Cruise et al., 1999) during the assessment phases. The intervention, based on cognitive rehabilitation play therapy, was conducted individually in 16 sessions of 60 minutes each. Data were analyzed using Repeated Measures Analysis of Variance (RM-ANOVA) via SPSS-22. The results indicated that teacher-led cognitive rehabilitation-based play therapy had a significant reductive effect on anxiety sensitivity (p<.001). Furthermore, the intervention had a significant enhancing effect on cognitive processing (p<.001). The findings highlight the vital mediating role of teachers in implementing cognitive-based games to improve mental processing infrastructures and reduce anxiety sensitivity in students with reading difficulties. Consequently, integrating this interventional protocol into primary schools and teacher empowerment programs is recommended as a modern strategy to simultaneously promote the mental health and academic performance of these students.

The present study aimed to determine the fit of a structural model examining the mediating role of sexual self-efficacy in the relationship between body appreciation and body image inflexibility with attitudes toward infidelity among employed women. In terms of purpose, the study was applied, and in terms of nature, it was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population comprised all employed women in Markazi Province in 2025, from whom 270 participants were selected through convenience sampling. Research instruments included the Attitudes Toward Infidelity Scale (Knox & Schacht, 2015), the Body Image Psychological Inflexibility Scale (Callaghan et al., 2015), the Body Appreciation Scale (Avalos et al., 2005), and the Sexual Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (Vaziri & Lotfi Kashani, 2013). Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results indicated that attitudes toward infidelity were predicted by psychological inflexibility related to body image among married women (P=.010, β=.282), whereas body appreciation did not predict attitudes toward infidelity (P=.304, β=−.061). Sexual self-efficacy significantly predicted attitudes toward infidelity (P=.010, β=−.297). Moreover, attitudes toward infidelity were predicted by psychological inflexibility of body image (P=.038, β=−.038) and body appreciation (P=.010, β=−.090) through the mediating role of sexual self-efficacy among married women. These findings highlight the importance of psychological interventions focused on body image and sexual empowerment. Counseling centers can, by promoting acceptance and commitment-based approaches to reduce body image inflexibility and by providing training protocols on sexual self-efficacy, create the necessary cognitive-behavioral foundation for preventing the tendency toward infidelity and strengthening marital stability in women

This study explores the interplay between organizational socialization, ethical ideology, and the moral decision-making processes of public-sector auditors. Using a descriptive-survey design, data were collected from 98 Iranian public-sector auditors in 2023. Employing multinomial logistic and OLS regression analyses, the study examines how tenure and ethical frameworks influence cognitive moral development and ethical behavioral intentions. Findings reveal that increased tenure is inversely associated with moral development and ethical intention. This decline is interpreted not as a byproduct of aging, but as a byproduct of organizational socialization, where “institutionalized conformity” and the “normalization of deviance” gradually erode principled sensitivity. Furthermore, ethical ideology acts as a critical cognitive filter: idealism is positively correlated with advanced moral reasoning and strict ethical intentions, whereas relativism facilitates “unethical flexibility,” enabling auditors to justify situational compromises under bureaucratic pressure. Notably, absolutism emerges as a stabilizing posture that buffers against the erosive effects of long-term organizational exposure. These results underscore that professional experience in high-pressure public-sector environments can inadvertently dampen principled decision-making. Consequently, the study emphasizes the need for ethics training that focuses on building “cognitive resilience” and reinforcing universal principles to counteract bureaucratic inertia. These insights contribute to a deeper understanding of how institutional culture and individual ideology intersect to shape the ethical landscape of public auditing in developing economies.

The Covid-19 disease spread around the world at the end of 2019, which is still ongoing and has affected many people around the world. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between coping styles and cognitive distortions (negative beliefs about covid-19) with the perceived stress of medical staff in Zahedan (Iran). The study received ethical approval from Zahedan University of Medical Sciences (IR.ZAUMS.REC.1402.384). In this cross-sectional study, 342 people from the Medical Staff of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences hospitals were selected and evaluated in 2022-2023 in an easy and accessible way. The tool and method of data collection was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using independent t-tests, analysis of variance and Pearson's correlation coefficient. In this study, the average score of perceived stress was 47.3 ± 14.4, the average score of using coping styles was 77.3 ± 23.4 with the range and the average score of cognitive distortions in the treatment group was 67.17 ± 17. reached the correlation coefficient test showed that as the score of cognitive distortions and coping styles increases, the perceived stress score in the treatment team decreases (P<0.05). By increasing the use of coping styles in critical cases, as well as the use of cognitive distortions and positive thinking, the perceived stress in the treatment staff is reduced. Therefore, teaching about ways to deal with stress and practicing not using cognitive distortions is effective in reducing stress.

Teacher turnover intention is a major organizational concern because it can weaken school stability, instructional continuity, and educational quality. The present study aimed to examine a structural model of organizational and psychological predictors of turnover intention among elementary school teachers. This study was applied in purpose and descriptive-correlational in design. The statistical population consisted of all elementary school teachers in Falard County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, Iran, during the 2025–2026 academic year. Sampling, 228 teachers were selected at random sampling method as the study sample. Data were collected using standardized questionnaires measuring organizational commitment, organizational identification, perceived organizational support, job motivation, ethical organizational climate, professional self-efficacy, job satisfaction, burnout, and turnover intention. Data were analyzed using SPSS and LISREL through descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and path analysis. The results showed that professional self-efficacy and job satisfaction had significant negative direct effects on turnover intention, while burnout had a significant positive direct effect. Organizational commitment, organizational identification, perceived organizational support, job motivation, and ethical organizational climate also had significant indirect effects on turnover intention. The model explained 32% of the variance in turnover intention and showed acceptable fit indices. Overall, the findings indicate that teachers’ turnover intention is shaped by both organizational resources and psychological mechanisms. Strengthening organizational support, professional self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and ethical climate, along with reducing burnout, may help decrease teachers’ intention to leave.

A verbal strategy used by managers to create a favorable self-image is rhetoric, which opposes integrity. The aim of the study is to design a managerial rhetoric model utilizing a descriptive-correlational research approach grounded in structural equation model (SEM). A total of 278 public school principals with more than five years of work experience were selected from a population of 1,007 principals in Sistan and Baluchestan Province using the Cochran sampling formula and simple random sampling. The tool used for gathering data was the managerial rhetoric survey. To analyze the data, confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, and structural equation model were conducted using SmartPLS software. The results of the factor analysis indicated that the factor loading for each construct is satisfactory and the questionnaire possesses suitable validity. Cronbach's alpha values ranged from 0.78 to 0.94, demonstrating good internal consistency across the study measures. The path analysis results indicated that causal factors (β=0.39, t=7.70, p=0.01), contextual factors (β=0.37, t=4.60, p=0.01), and intervening factors (β=0.14, t=2.032, p=0.05) each had a significant positive effect on the development of managerial rhetoric. The findings further revealed that managerial rhetoric had significant positive effects on individual (β=0.58, t=11.64, p=0.01), organizational (β=0.49, t=9.22, p=0.01), and social (β=0.51, t=10.70, p=0.01) outcomes. The results indicated that the choice of managers ought to rely on ethical criteria, expertise, management abilities, work experience, and managerial reputation, rather than on party and political connections.
